What we do

The products we make are still being produced in the same way they have been for hundreds of years. The only difference is that we now have a modern, state of the art processing facility, which means that we are still making the same traditional and original cured products, but in a much more efficient way.

We mainly produce our products of fish caught through line fishing, as we believe that making a quality product depends on processing the best raw material and resources there is.
